We offer a two day HACCP training course that is approved by the International HACCP Alliance. This course will teach Basic HACCP and will give students the skills they need to write their first HACCP plan. Students will learn the principles of HACCP, history of the HACCP method, and the steps to take when writing, verifying, and validating a HACCP plan. We offer a two day SQF training class. Students will learn about the origins of the Global Food Safety Initiative and SQF. They will learn about the audit process, type of non-conformances, and the road to certification. The course will then break down each clause of the SQF code in detail and explain its meaning and what must be done to comply. This course will cover Module 2 and Module 11 of the SQF code. Food Safety and Prerequisite Program Training
We offer general food safety training courses in topics such as GMPs and Personal Hygiene, and Allergen Control. These general training courses will give employees the basic knowledge they need to produce safe food. Contact us for more details.
